Maintained Plan · Watch on one register
An audit is true on the day it is run. The job is the month after.
A consultancy's deliverable stops being true a month after it is delivered, and nobody rewrites it, because rewriting it costs another six weeks. A Maintained Plan puts one register under a weekly cycle for twelve months, so the plan degrades visibly instead of quietly.

01
The record is rebuilt first
Every cycle goes back for the organisation's own newest published reporting — interim report, annual report, financial statements release — before it weighs anything. This is the mechanism: a verdict moves because a new report landed, not because a search returned a different page.
02
Every assumption is weighed again
Each assumption gets the same two searches and the same three verdicts as the first pass. Nothing is graded on a curve against last week. A verdict that survives is stated as surviving, on a date.
03
What moved is named
An assumption that held in August and is broken in September appears with both states and both dates. The evidence that moved it is quoted, with a link and the date the source carries.
04
One note, one page
The cycle ends in a mail whose subject line is the state: three assumptions unresolved, one broken, or fourteen checked and all holding. Then a next check date. Nothing else is sent.
§ 02 · What it costs and what it is
One price, paid once, for twelve months of cycles.
- Price
- €12,000 · VAT excluded
- Term
- Twelve months, one register
- Cycles
- Weekly · roughly fifty
- Billing
- One-time. Re-bought at expiry, never charged again silently
- Named colleagues
- Every person the owner invites. Seats are not counted
When the licence reaches its last day, Watch stops and the register becomes read-only with the date coverage ended stated on it. Every finding, revision and sign-off stays readable and exportable. Resuming costs the same, and the first cycle after a gap names what changed during it.
It does not decide anything
Every verdict a cycle produces is a Draft until a named person signs it. The system narrows options and states consequences. The decision, and the name on it, is yours.
It does not predict
A cycle reports what dated public sources say today about assumptions you already wrote down. It has no view on the future beyond what those sources support.
Most cycles find nothing
On a healthy plan the ordinary result is that every assumption holds. That is the thing being bought: a dated confirmation that the plan still stands, and one specific warning when it does not.
It reads only open sources
Public filings, regulator and ministry pages, statistics offices, and any feed or address you pin to a named assumption. Nothing classified, and nothing inferred about private intentions.
The same engine runs in the open on strategies anyone can read, and those audits are kept under Watch too. Read one before you buy anything.
- Metso — Metso's end-2028 targets, one year into 'We go beyond.'0 broken · 8 unresolved · 1 hold
- Elisa — Elisa's medium-term targets for 2027, checked against the record so far2 broken · 3 unresolved · 3 hold
- UPM — UPM's long-term financial targets, reported through 20252 broken · 4 unresolved · 5 hold
Most people start with the audit, because it is the cheap way to find out whether we are any good.
Send the strategy you already have. The register of assumptions it rests on comes back free. The evidence pass is €390, and Watch is what keeps that register true after it.
